    The worst customer service I have experienced when trying to book holiday accommodation. The agent was hardly ever available, had limited knowledge about the rental property and would not send through any confirmation receipts of monies paid for the deposit. I called and emailed multiple times to confirm the accommodation and ask questions with no response. It was two weeks before my holiday and the owner of the property had to get in contact with me directly as the agent would not send through account details to me to pay for the accommodation despite multiple emails and calls requesting this information. Very poor service.
